Return Policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days. Since Danhov Jewelry distributes high end products, there will be a restocking fee. There will also be a $25 re-polishing fee if an engraved item is returned.

Which items are eligible to return?

1. All Danhov engagement rings, Bands, pendants, and earrings are eligible to return as long as they are undamaged and in "new and unused condition." Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Danhov will not be accepted.
2. Loose diamonds, lab grown diamonds: Loose diamonds/lab grown diamonds must be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report or a $250 charge will be assessed to replace the certificate
3. Custom order cannot be returned 

How To Return An Order

1. Contact Customer service for shipping label and Return Authorization number 

Contact Danhov customer service via email cs@danhov.com Advise the representative that you wish to return your order. Within one to two business days we will email you a prepaid, fully insured FedEx shipping label, along with instructions on how to safely and securely package your items.

Please note the free shipping label only applies to U.S. and Canada customers and is limited to three per customer. International customers pay a small return shipping fee of $50.

1. Packing Items 

 For all returns, include all original packaging and accompanying materials, including the packing slip and all diamond certificates (a $250 replacement fee per certificate will be charged otherwise). For security reasons, do not write jewelry, diamonds or other related words anywhere on the package.

Refunds:

As soon as we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance department will inspect and verify the condition of the item. All refunds will be processed within two weeks and done in the form of the original purchase method. Bank wires will be refunded via company check.

Improperly packaged items:

Items sent to our office without a RAN number, packages shipped beyond the 30-day return period, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

Repairs/Sizing

Danhov does not permit or allow any modifications or changes of any kind to be made to any Products by Retailer or any third party aside from Danhov. Danhov will do a one-time resize, 1 up or 1 down, within 60 days at no fee on most rings. However, wedding bands and engagement rings that have diamonds ¾ or more around the band can only be sized a ½ size up or down. Some styles are not eligible for resizing because of design, including but not limited to TM104 (Men’s Tubetto band) and Eternita collection rings and tension rings.
