Diamond halos have been the biggest bridal trend for the last few years. Surrounding a center stone with a halo of smaller diamonds creates a contrast that will make the center diamond appear larger. Plus, we agree with the multitude of brides that have chosen a diamond halo engagement ring - it is simply beautiful and elegant.

CL102-4We don't believe the diamond halo will every go away, and we don't want it to disappear. But there does seem to be a slight movement within millennial brides to choose something different and stand apart from the crowd while showing their own style - an engagement ring without a diamond halo.

They are bringing the focus back to the center diamond. There seems to be more interest in "quality over quantity" and more attention is being paid to the shank of the engagement ring. Whether it is braided, engraved, split or covered in pave diamonds, more engaged couples are eager to express their personal style with details beyond the diamond halo.
